About
B-ROCK Fit is a one-on-one personal training program. It is designed to enhance each individuals personal goals. By focusing on finer points such as weight loss, posture correction, muscle tone, and core strengthening, B-ROCK Fit ultimately results in the creation of an individual masterpiece.

GROUP TRAINING
Group training is great because it allows a group of people to work together at their own pace, intensity, and abililty. In a group, people who are not easily motivated will tend to push themselves more.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is a way to motivate each client by helping them to set their fitness goals. By listening to my clients feedback, together we can determine their strengths and weaknesses and help develop a mind and muscle connection.
Services
Brodrick focuses on core strengthening, cardio fitness, muscle tone, and weight loss. By combining the elements of time, effort, and discipline we will achieve the results we set out to accomplish based on each individual.
